Dominguez Starts this video by saying there are mostly historical and social connotations to weed. Those connotations suggest that it makes you high. But these are also misconceptions as there is only one compound inside the weed that makes you high, and it’s the THC. As opposed to THC, CBD won’t make you high but might let you enjoy other benefits.
He suggests some benefits like relaxed moods, pain relief, and more related to symptoms that benefit your health. Dominguez states that while some recreational users will like the THC effect, others will benefit other Cannabinoids inside the plant. For example, People who are sick would instead like to benefit from CBD and won’t want to be affected by the psycho-active ingredients of the plant. CBD and THC are quite similar as they have identical chemical make-ups, but as they also have different molecular structures, they act differently on our brain.
Dominguez mentions that even though scientists are researching CBD, most research is not complete. Then again, evidence shows that, for example, in the case of treating Epilepsy, many people managed to control their condition effectively.
In the end, Dominguez suggests that if anyone has further questions, to ask them beneath the video (originally inside Youtube).
Dominguez is speaking as if he is very familiar with the subject of CBD VS THC and even though it’s basic stuff, and doesn’t dig dipper into all the benefits CBD might have on the human body, I enjoyed watching this video. The few examples and analogies were visible, and I might suggest others to watch this video if they wish to understand the differences in a more entertaining, time-saving way. Much more than reading a long boring scientific article.
