today we’re going to talk about CBD and is it different if it comes from a cannabis plant or a hemp plant actually the CBD molecule is the exact same thing in both the plants those plants are also the exact same plants the only difference is a hemp plant has less than 3% THC and a cannabis plant has more than 3 percent THC when the CBD molecule is taken from a cannabis plant it can only be used in products and sold within a state that has medical marijuana or recreational marijuana use available to get those type of products you’ll have to have a medical marijuana card go to a dispensary and the issue is if you are not looking for THC if you’re wanting a CBD only product a lot of dispensaries do not carry those because the way most laws read you have to have some THC in the products that are sold in the dispensaries if you’re dealing with things like anxiety panic attacks this could cause an issue because THC does trigger that in some people and so they are looking for strictly the CBD only products when CBD is taken from hemp and taken from a domestic hemp grow it can also only been to be sold within that state if you take CBD from a hemp plant that’s imported it is legal in all 50 states because it’s considered gross as long as it is sold as a dietary
