What is CBD Bioavailability?

Many of you have no idea about what does it mean by CBD bioavailability. However, you will learn it in this video. So, Bioavailability is basically the rate and degree at which one dose of a substance such as CBD, is absorbed in our body by our circulatory system and reaches to its target organ. However, the absorption of any substance also depends on a number of other factors such as digestive health of a person. When we talk about the bioavailability of CBD, it again depends on the kind of CBD product we are using. For example, the CBD bioavailable is different for different intake methods such as oral digestion, sublingual digestion, vaping, topical application etc. The most widely used method for taking CBD is the oral digestion in which approximately 4-20% is absorbed by our endocannabinoid system.

I like this video the most because it didn’t repeat the basic facts of CBD just like many other videos available on the internet. Rather, it tells us something new and in a very easy to understand tone, along with clear illustrations. Furthermore, every information is presented in a very interesting and attractive way that doesn’t let me lose my interest.
